Australia’s most costly streets have been revealed, with greater than half of the 100 streets being in Sydney and the highest 27 both within the harbour metropolis or on Byron Bay.
Suburbtrends founder Kent Lardner says this comes as “no surprise at all”.
“The majority of the most expensive streets are in and around the harbour, and we go all the way out to Hunters Hill,” he advised Sky News Australia.
“So we can flow on up the river a little bit there, but the bulk of them are in and around the harbour, with the number one coming in at Northbridge.”
