An enormous search and rescue mission was began on Saturday evening after the person grew to become separated from a pal he was strolling with alongside the West Canungra Creek Circuit in Lamington National Park.
The search continued yesterday, involving about 60 individuals and several other helicopters.
Police at the moment mentioned he had been discovered by a member of the general public and was in a important situation.
Senior Sergeant Mitchell Gray mentioned it was not unusual for individuals to change into misplaced and disorientated, strolling in even a small radius from the place they first went off monitor.
“You can walk 20 metres off a track and try to self-recover and just become further off track,” he mentioned.
