Minns promises to convert 10,000 temporary teachers into permanent roles

New South Wales Opposition chief Chris Minns says a Labor authorities will convert 10,000 short-term lecturers into everlasting roles.

“Nearly 40 per cent of teachers are on temporary contracts,” Mr Minns stated.

“For a young teacher who’s on a temporary contract in New South Wales, it’s almost impossible to get financing from the bank to get a loan to buy your first home.”
