President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. thanked the Malacañang Press Corps (MPC) on Saturday night time for his or her assist in public data.
In a dinner he hosted for the MPC for the vacation season, Marcos cited the journalists’ laborious work in delivering news to the general public.
“So this is our version for all of you who have been so supportive… I know you have been working very, very hard to get the news out so that people know what’s going on, what we are doing here,” he said.
Marcos said attending a gathering and partaking in a meal during the holiday season is important especially for Filipinos.
“It is always important to take… especially pagka ganito na ano, ganito na holiday lalo na sa Pinoy, ang Pasko, it’s always important to take a step back a little bit, recharge and think again about what we are doing and that’s what Christmas is to me,” he stated.
Marcos is ready to depart for Brussels, Belgium on Sunday night time to attend the ASEAN-EU Commemorative Summit.
He may even have at the least 10 bilateral conferences on the sidelines of the summit.
