Marcos prays for nation’s ‘quiet reflection’ as Filipinos observe Ash Wednesday

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. is hoping for a “quiet reflection” for Filipinos as he tweets in regards to the begin of the Lenten season with the observance of Ash Wednesday. 

“We pray for our nation’s quiet reflection… As we prepare for the season of Lent, may the love of Christ inspire us to endure and faithfully continue our service to others,” stated Marcos on his twitter account.
