President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., who chairs the National Innovation Council (NIC), has authorized the National Innovation Agenda and Strategy Document (NIASD) 2023-2032, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) stated Saturday.

In a press release, the PCO stated the NIASD 2023-2032 outlines the nation’s plan to enhance innovation governance and set up a dynamic innovation ecosystem.

The Palace stated that in the course of the fifth NIC assembly, National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Undersecretary for Policy and Planning Rosemarie Edillon introduced the rationale and options of the NIASD.
