A graduate from Mapua University – Manila topped the August 2023 Sanitary Engineers Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) introduced.
Neil Spencer Roxas Almario garnered a share ranking of 83.80, besting 76 out of 162 who handed the exams.
