Police stated the 33-year-old was discovered at a unit in Nundah about 4pm on Sunday.
Officers have been talking with the person and a lady contained in the York Street constructing throughout a siege lasting hours.
Police stated the person was needed over “a number of weapons and criminal offences” surrendered with out incident simply after midnight.
