Man charged with murder after 18-year-old dies from stab wound on NSW South Coast
A man has been charged with homicide after 18-year-old Bailey Jones died from a stab wound on the NSW South Coast two weeks in the past.

Jones was allegedly stabbed at a gathering of round 10 shut mates, at his cousin’s dwelling on West Birriley Street in Bomaderry, round 7pm on December 9.

The 18-year-old died at Shoalhaven Hospital after he was airlifted in a important situation.

The 20-year-old man hugged his household goodbye when he was arrested in Bomaderry yesterday afternoon.

NSW Police charged him with homicide, possessing an unauthorised firearm and never maintaining a firearm safely this morning.

Previously, NSW Police Acting Inspector Ian Griffin mentioned a knife was discovered and can be “forensically examined”.

He was refused bail in Nowra Local Court yesterday and is predicted to entrance courtroom once more in February.
