A person charged with manslaughter after a 17-year-old motorcyclist died in an alleged hit-and-run stays behind bars.
But Tobias Alexander Fine, 21, is about to use for bail this week after his matter was heard in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.

Police allege Fine drove a Toyota HiLux utility dangerously in Waterford West, in Brisbane’s south, and struck a mud bike being ridden by two boys on Saturday evening.

The 17-year-old rider died on the scene whereas his 19-year-old passenger sustained critical accidents and was taken to hospital.

Fine allegedly fled the scene with out helping the pair.

Polair tracked the ute to Loganholme and Fine was taken into custody.

He has additionally been charged with grievous bodily hurt and failing to stay on the scene.

Fine was not current in court docket when his matter was talked about on Monday.

His matter was adjourned to Wednesday, when he’s set to use for bail at Beenleigh Magistrates Court.
