At about 4.15pm yesterday, a lady visited the unit, on Colless Street, and located the physique of her 28-year-old good friend inside.
She advised police, who after investigating discovered the lifeless lady’s automobile burnt out in bushland at Castlereagh later.
At about 3.25am at this time, police arrested a 32-year-old man at a home on Robinson Road, Cranebrook.
He is believed to be identified to the lifeless lady.
The investigation is ongoing.
