The sufferer was rushed to hospital with essential accidents.
The driver didn’t cease on the scene and fled within the broken automobile, police stated.
“Police received reports of a damaged vehicle with a man sleeping inside parked on Jacobus Walk in Ferntree Gully shortly after 8am,” police stated.
“The Bayswater man was arrested and is assisting investigators with their enquiries.”
