He was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital by the Royal Flying Doctor Service after sustaining a head harm on Parker Point Road about 11.30am in the present day.
He was assessed by workers on the island earlier than being loaded into an RFDS helicopter and flown to Perth.
He underwent scans to evaluate the extent of his harm and his situation was listed as steady.
It’s unclear if he was carrying a helmet.
