A West Australian mining firm is reinventing fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) working by constructing two new luxurious lodging precincts to draw feminine employees and “prioritise health and wellbeing”.

Mineral Resources, also referred to as MinRes, is creating the hotel-style properties within the outback which it says are triple the dimensions of the rooms workers normally have.

A complete of 750 resort-style rooms shall be constructed at its Onslow Iron challenge within the Pilbara, with every spanning 45 sq. metres.
