The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has revoked the license of Wilfredo Gonzales, the dismissed police officer who threatened a bike owner with a gun throughout a viral highway altercation.

In a viral video, Gonzales was seen cursing and pulling out his gun in opposition to a bike owner in an obvious highway altercation.
