Photos shared on Marcos’ official Twitter account on Tuesday confirmed the President proposing to the First Lady. He additionally penned a letter saying, “Make all my dream come true! Marry me again! Happy anniversary!”
Marcos talked about that his spouse mentioned “yes” to his proposal.
