A 16-year-old boy has been charged after a automobile mounted a footpath in Melbourne‘s north-west, hitting and killing a pedestrian.
The learner driver was allegedly driving on his personal when his automobile mounted a kerb and crashed into a person on the footpath on Taylors Road in Keilor Downs about 5.40am on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old Kealba man died on the scene.
The teenager suffered life-threatening accidents and was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
He has since been interviewed by police and was final night time charged with harmful driving inflicting loss of life and learner driver unaccompanied.
He was held in custody in a single day and is dealing with a youngsters’s courtroom right now.
