Treasurer Jim Chalmers has taken goal at a “relentlessly negative” Peter Dutton for “bordering on the pathological” by bagging issues that aren’t occurring.
“To describe people of the calibre of Stephen Kennedy and Jenny Wilkinson, who have advised both sides of politics in a frank and fearless way, as somehow tainted – it is not those two that are tainted,” Mr Chalmers mentioned.
“We won’t be taking lectures about the public service from the party of Robodebt.”
