Expelled Liberal MP Moira Deeming is a “hell of a strong woman” for standing up for girls’s rights, regardless of receiving criticism from trans-activists and political friends, says Sky News contributor Katherine Deves.
“What the detractors don’t understand is that you’ve got mothers who are standing up for their children, you’ve got women who are standing up for their legal status as women and these are not issues that we’re going to back down on,” Ms Deves informed Sky News Australia host Rowan Dean.
“We have all these women who are speaking up on this issue who are currently being publicly persecuted and all that we are doing is standing up and saying, ‘we need to have safeguards in place for women and children’.
“We need to have sex-based rights for women and children.”
