Australian Strategic Policy Institute Senior Analyst Malcolm Davis says China’s President Xi Jinping is set to take Taiwan “by force if necessary”.
“That could have grave consequences for China as well given the potential cost of a military venture in the next few years,” Mr Davis instructed Sky News host Sharri Markson.
