All certified authorities personnel are set to obtain their midyear bonus beginning Monday, May 15, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) introduced Sunday.
In an announcement, DBM stated that the midyear bonus is equal to one-month fundamental pay as of May 15, and shall be given to entitled civil servants who’ve rendered not less than a complete or mixture of 4 months of service from July 1, 2022 to May 15, 2023.
The personnel must also be within the authorities service as of May 15, and procure not less than a passable efficiency score within the instantly previous score interval or the relevant efficiency appraisal interval.
DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman stated that the midyear bonus is supplied within the agency-specific allocation below the 2023 General Appropriations Act (GAA).
