Former Labor MP Graham Richardson says the Labor authorities has accomplished a “number of things wrong” on the Qatar Airways dilemma.
The authorities just lately blocked Qatar Airways’ request for extra flights into Australia – one among its causes for the choice regarding the strip search incident involving 13 Australian ladies at an airport in Doha.
“The first one is getting involved to try and stop this at all,” Mr Richardson advised Sky News Australia.
“Because I think the more airlines come in, the more seats there are, the cheaper seats get.
“The mob out there, they don’t care whether it’s Qatar or any other airline, they want a cheap seat.”
