The US Secretary of State and the Russian Foreign Minister talked “past each other” in a “short 10-minute meeting,” in accordance with Strategic Analysis Australia’s Michael Shoebridge.
“They’re a good thing, but nothing much happened,” Mr Shoebridge advised Sky News host Erin Molan.
“It’s great to have a channel of direct communication between the US Secretary of State and the Russian Foreign Minister.
“But they really just talked past each other in a very short 10-minute meeting.”
