The little one was hit about 4.40pm within the driveway of a home on Hemsworth Avenue, Middleton Grange, in Liverpool.
Police mentioned a two-year previous was within the automobile unattended on the time but it surely wasn’t being pushed by anybody.
The injured is being handled at Westmead Children’s Hospital.
Police are investigating.
