Cable, 79, is being sued for damages within the District Court of Western Australia and is ready to face a civil trial starting this week.
He denies all allegations and isn’t dealing with prison costs.
An order stopping Cable from being recognized in relation to the allegations has been overturned forward of the trial.
The girl alleges Cable sexually abused her between 1968, when she was aged 12, and 1973.
She claims she suffered psychiatric hurt because of sexual behaviour and harassment by Cable which she alleges continued till she was in her mid-30s.
One of soccer’s most adorned gamers, Narrogin-born Cable was in 2012 elevated to legend standing within the Australian Football Hall of Fame.
He had an illustrious taking part in profession within the WAFL and VFL and went on to teach in each leagues.
