Three Australian submariners have graduated from the US Navy’s Nuclear Power School as a part of the historic AUKUS program.
For six months the Queenslanders frolicked within the classroom studying the maths and science behind nuclear energy and reactors.
They hope to command one among Australia’s nuclear-powered submarines scheduled to be delivered by the late 2030s.
