Fifteen jurors chosen in camper double murder trial

The jurors who will determine whether or not a former airline captain murdered lacking campers Russell Hill and Carol Clay have been chosen.

Greg Lynn, 57, stood in the back of the Supreme Court in Melbourne and pleaded not responsible to 2 counts of homicide as dozens of potential jurors had been introduced into the court docket.

“It will be alleged that Mr Lynn shot Ms Clay in the head, as a result killed her, and that Mr Lynn killed Mr Hill,” he informed the jurors.

“These events are alleged to have occurred on 20 March 2020.”

The choose stated Lynn was working as an airline captain for Jetstar on the time of the alleged killings.

He instructed the jury to rigorously contemplate all proof offered to them over the four-to-six week trial, and put apart any sympathy, prejudice or bias in direction of Lynn or the 2 victims.
