Ex-CDC chief: COVID-19 ‘more likely’ a result of lab leak

Dr. Robert Redfield, former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), mentioned on Wednesday (March 8) throughout a House Select Coronavirus Pandemic Subcommittee listening to on “Investigating the Origins of COVID-19” that the lethal coronavirus “more likely was the result of an accidental lab leak than a result of a natural spillover event.”
