Professor Elenita Carpio-Panganiban, the spouse of former Chief Justice Artemio Panganiban, has handed away, in response to a report on “24 Oras” on Monday.
In a textual content message to GMA Integrated News, Panganiban confirmed his spouse succumbed to coronary heart failure.
Carpio-Panganiban was a former affiliate dean of the Asian Institute of Management.
