Beneficiaries of the federal government’s meals stamps program could be required to get enrolled within the job-generating packages of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) mentioned Sunday.
