DOLE: 200,000 first time jobseekers availed of free documentary requirements assistance

Around 200,000 first time job hunters have availed of the federal government’s program totally free pre-employment documentary necessities, an official of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) stated.

In the most recent episode of The Mangahas Interviews, DOLE Bureau of Local Employment Director Patrick Patriwirawan Jr. stated the company is implementing the First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act, which was handed into regulation in 2018.

To avail of the free documentary requirement help, the DOLE official stated a primary time jobseeker should first safe and current a certificates from his or her barangay stating that they’re a primary time jobseeker.

Patriwirawan stated a primary time jobseeker may very well be a senior highschool graduate (Okay-12 program graduate) or a school graduate.

Enhancing employability
