More than a thousand further circumstances of varied Omicron subvariants have been detected within the Philippines by late June, based on Department of Health (DOH) knowledge.

The variants XBB.1.5 and XBB.1.16 are VOIs additionally recognized by the WHO, whereas XBB, XBB.1.9.1, XBB.1.9.2, XBB.2.3, and BA.2.75 are thought of VUMs.
