The newly created Water Resources Management Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) directed barangay officers and property managers to advise residents to cut back actions with excessive water consumption.

Bulletin 002 launched the DENR-WRMO detailed measures to be taken to handle the restricted water provide whereas the nation experiences the El Niño phenomenon.
