The Commission on Elections (Comelec) stated it’s anticipating at the least three million Filipinos to register as voters nationwide, based on Sandra Aguinaldo’s report on “24 Oras.”

“Kung sakali man pong wala, pwede po kayong kumuha ng barangay certification, basta po yung barangay certification, again, merong pangalan, larawan, merong pirma, at merong address at birthday po ninyo,” Laudiangco added.
