Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Senior Superintendent Ricardo Zulueta, who was allegedly concerned within the killing of broadcaster Percy Lapid and alleged intermediary Jun Villamor, has been staying within the Philippines and never hiding overseas, in line with his authorized counsel.
Lawyer Lauro Gacayan shared pictures with Zulueta in a Facebook submit on Friday.
Zulueta was seen carrying a polo shirt and denims sitting in entrance of Gacayan.
