After being allowed out on bail with out restrictions, a police officer accused of tasering a 95-year-old grandmother has had some small situations imposed.

The officer was served with a future court docket attendance discover and no bail situations had been imposed.

After an utility by crown prosecutors to herald some restricted bail necessities was rejected at Cooma Local Court earlier this month, the matter got here earlier than the NSW Supreme Court on Tuesday.

With White watching on by video hyperlink, Justice Robert Beech-Jones permitted three restricted bail situations.

He is now required to be on good behaviour, attend court docket as ordered, and is barred from contacting Nowland’s household or prosecution witnesses besides by means of a lawyer.

The situations requested by the Crown weren’t opposed by White or his authorized staff.

The senior constable has been charged with recklessly inflicting grievous bodily hurt, assault occasioning precise bodily hurt and customary assault.

A plea has not been entered on any of the costs.

The matter will return to Cooma Local Court on September 6.
