Australia’s oldest dwelling individual Catherina Van Der Linden has celebrated her eleventh birthday on Saturday after crediting her longevity to an energetic life-style and the occasional glass of champagne.
Mrs Linden was born within the Netherlands in 1912 and migrated to Australia together with her husband and younger household when she was 35.
She celebrated her birthday together with her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren at West Beach
Residential Care in Adelaide.
