The AFP allege the person, who runs an abroad business, supplied studies for 2 overseas intelligence brokers after they approached him providing to pay for details about Australian defence, financial system and safety preparations.
He was arrested within the Sydney suburb of Bondi on Friday to face courtroom on Saturday. He faces a most jail time period of 15 years.
