Australia in the grips of an ‘investment drought’

Investment in Australian business is at its lowest level for the reason that mid-90s and business is claiming we’re within the grips of an “investment drought”.

Business Council of Australia CEO Jennifer Westacott stated there may be more cash “leaving the country” than coming in.

“What that means is it’s bad for wages, it’s bad for living standards, it’s bad for revenues of government,” Ms Westacott instructed Sky News Australia.
