Ateneo De Manila University topped the checklist of Philippine universities included in a worldwide rating that assesses increased training institutes (HEIs)’ dedication to delivering the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
A complete of 29 HEIs within the nation ranked within the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2023 printed Thursday, with Ateneo inserting 201-300 with a rating of 79.1 out of 100.
THE Impact Rankings 2023 measured 1,591 establishments from 112 nations and areas. Fr. Roberto Yap SJ, college president, vowed to proceed the college’s efforts in selling and realizing the UN SGDs and thanked the college group in “helping build a more sustainable present and future, as outlined in our Lux In Domino 2030 strategic plan.”
“As we pursue our goal of helping make the UN SDGs a reality, and on our path to becoming a Laudato Si’ University, our entire community will always aim to become a force for good in our world,” Yap stated.
