Another construction company falls into liquidation

Another building firm has fallen into liquidation as builders wrestle to remain afloat amid rising provide prices and labour shortages.

Queensland developer Property Solutions Holdings has entered liquidation as of May 4, in response to Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) paperwork.

Nick Combis from Vincents Chartered Accountants has been appointed as liquidator.

The firm was based within the early Nineties and was accountable for main city improvement in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

Some of those embody the refurbishment of the Citygate Homemaker Centre, the Centro on James Street mission and the redevelopment of The Barracks in South Brisbane.
