Aged Care Minister Anika Wells has revealed on ABC’s Q&A program that some aged care houses could not have a registered nurse on-site and on obligation from the beginning of July.
According to the Minister, there will not be sufficient nurses obtainable to satisfy the federal government’s targets.
Although the federal government confirms that many services keep 24/7 nursing providers, the exact quantity has not been disclosed.
