The Department of Health on Sunday reported 464 new COVID-19 instances, the bottom single-day tally in 4 days and the tenth straight day of fewer than 1,000 new instances.
The tally of lively instances decreased to 13,061—after 9 days of declining instances, it’s the lowest complete in practically six months, for the reason that 13,021 lively instances on July 9, 2022.
The Philippines’ COVID-19 caseload now totals 4,064,779 infections. Total recoveries elevated by 760 instances to three,986,321, whereas deaths rose by 12 to 65,397.
Metro Manila stays the area with probably the most instances within the final 14 days with 3,245, adopted by Calabarzon with 1,521; Central Luzon with 744; Western Visayas with 395; and Ilocos Region with 301 instances.
