38,000 devotees flock to Quirino Grandstand for Black Nazarene ‘Pagpupugay’

Around 38,000 devotees gathered on the Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park on Sunday for the “Pagpupugay” or viewing and touching of the picture of the Black Nazarene, in line with a report by dzBB’s Jhomer Apresto.
