The Department of Health on Saturday logged 1,196 new COVID-19 instances, whereas the energetic tally dropped to 18,262.
The variety of energetic instances is down from 18,910 on Friday, whereas the nationwide caseload hit 4,055,396.
The National Capital Region recorded the best variety of new infections up to now two weeks with 5,945 instances, adopted by Calabarzon with 2,498; Central Luzon with 1,222; Cagayan Valley with 716; and Western Visayas with 706.
The restoration tally elevated to three,972,100 with 1,846 new recoveries, whereas the demise toll rose to 65,034.
As of Friday, the nationwide mattress occupancy price was 22.6%, with 6,237 occupied and 21,390 vacant beds.
