Sunshine Dizon took to Instagram on Saturday to share her struggles with psychological well being.

Posting images of her drugs, Sunshine mentioned she was identified with post-traumatic stress dysfunction (PTSD), melancholy, panic assaults, and abandonment points.

Answering why she determined to publicize what she’s been going by, the actress mentioned she desires to “free myself from the stigma.” 

“There’s nothing wrong to ask for help. I know it’s very hard to get stuck in your head. But we can do it, baby steps. One day at a time,” she wrote within the caption.

In one other submit, Sunshine confirmed herself in a hospital mattress with a fever. She took that point to replicate and share her realizations.

“I’m turning 40 next year. I have so many regrets but I don’t know how to go back to where I used to be. This is not about work. This is about life-altering decisions,” she mentioned.

“Laying in a hospital bed alone at 3am, I ask myself, ‘Was it all really worth it?’ I may never [have] the answers but I pray to god that I can let go of all my baggage, hurt and guilt.”
