Six teens in hospital over Snapchat vapes

Six younger individuals have been admitted to hospital struggling seizures and lack of consciousness after vaping.

They all offered to NSW hospitals inside days of one another after struggling seizures, lack of consciousness, and vomiting between June 21 and 29, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

Some of the vapes have been reportedly purchased on the social media app, Snapchat.

It isn’t the primary time an adolescent has been admitted to hospital after vaping.

A Blue Mountains Grammar scholar hospitalised in June final 12 months after struggling a seizure whereas vaping within the college bathrooms.

Under present laws, vapes containing nicotine can’t be bought with no prescription and are solely legally offered in chemists.

However, younger individuals have reported that it’s straightforward to buy the merchandise by means of social media or over-the-counter at tobacconists and comfort shops.
