A 19-year-old girl from Ballesteros, Cagayan lastly acquired surgical procedure for a lump on her neck because of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
As seen in Marisol Abdurahman’s report on “24 Oras,” Monday, Clarissa “Kleng” Ceria is now doing effectively three months after the operation to take away the hemangioma situated on her nape.
Kleng used to endure from dizzy spells and weak point as a result of lump, which she thought was a mole at first.
“Mararamdaman ko pong kumikirot. Sinasabi ko po kay mama na, ‘Ma, masakit na naman po ‘yung bukol ko,’ tapos kinabukasan po puputok na po,” she stated.

“Hinihimatay po at kapag sumumpong po ‘yung ganon niya, dinadala po namin agad sa hospital,” stated Kleng’s mother Jodelyn.
According to Dr. Hector Santos, Kleng wanted surgical remedy for the lump.
“It’s probably the weakness ng mga vessels, detachment, nagkadikit dikit, nagkaroon ng communication within vessels that feeds it so lalong lumalaki,” he stated.
Kleng had the surgical procedure in May she has now totally recovered.
“Gumaan na po ‘yung pakiramdam ko at wala na pong sagabal sa mga gusto kong gawin,” she stated, thanking Dr. Santos and the Kapuso Foundation.
