Kanye West’s ex-business supervisor, Thomas St. John, can’t find the erratic star to serve him with a $US4.5 million ($6.7 million) contract lawsuit amid rumours the rapper is “missing”, based on courtroom docs obtained by The US Sun.

In a December 19 courtroom submitting completely obtained by The US Sun, Mr St. John is in search of an extension of time to serve Ye and the opposite defendant, Yeezy LLC, the courtroom docs state.
He and his attorneys are asking to increase the time till the tip of March because of a number of failed makes an attempt of contacting Ye.
