A Harris County grand jury has determined to not criminally indict six individuals over the lethal 2021 Astroworld tragedy, together with Houston native rapper Travis Scott. Ten individuals died and a whole bunch have been injured as Scott was on the stage performing throughout his Astroworld Festival.
